Lauren helps oversee the day-to -day running at Castleton Mill, supporting tenants and maintaining high standards throughout the building. She plays a key role in ensuring the Mill remains welcoming and organised and professionally run.

Erin brings the creative and community side of Castleton Mill to life. Alongside looking after Front of House and our tenants, she helps coordinate social media, tenant communications, events and community initiatives, as well as finding new ways to make The Mill an enjoyable place to work.

She also supports the promotion of our available workspaces and is one of the friendly faces showing prospective tenants around The Mill.

Erin is at The Mill Wednesday to Friday.

Helen looks after the finances at Castleton Mill, keeping everything balanced and organised behind the scenes. She keeps everything in order and makes sure the finances run seamlessly.

Steve manages the building and facilities, making sure Castleton Mill is safe, well-maintained, and enjoyable to work in. Practical and reliable, he’s the go-to when something needs sorting.
