We have a range of facilities available on-site for use by both our residents and the public.
A canal-side walk from the city centre and Leeds train station, our facilities include an events space and café-bar alongside co-working spaces, permanent desks and offices. We are also the home to several industrial units that currently house ice cream makers Northern Bloc.
